DreamDecode ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

• Email address (for authentication)
• Year of birth (for age verification)
• Dream entries you choose to submit
• Subscription and purchase information

How We Use Your Data

• To provide AI-powered dream analysis
• To save your personal dream journal
• To manage your account and subscription
• To verify you meet the minimum age requirement

Legal Basis (for users in the EU/EEA/UK) We process your data on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the service you signed up for) and your consent (which you may withdraw at any time by deleting your account).

🔵 Data Storage and Processing Your account data and dream journal are stored securely on Supabase servers located in the United States. When you request a dream analysis, the content of that dream is sent to a third-party AI provider to generate an interpretation. For Premium subscribers, dreams are processed by Anthropic (Claude AI). For free accounts, dreams are processed by Google (Gemini AI). We do not retain your dreams with these providers beyond what is needed to process each request.

International Data Transfers Our servers and AI processing are located in the United States. If you access DreamDecode from outside the United States (including the EU/EEA/UK), your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

🔵 Data Sharing We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly to operate the app:

• Supabase (database hosting and authentication)
• Anthropic (AI processing of dream content for Premium users)
• Google (AI processing of dream content for free users)
